1. Who we are
This website, dominus.limited (the "Site"), is operated by Dominus Society LLC ("Dominus", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, you may provide your full name, phone number, email address, business website, your business's revenue and advertising spend over the last 30 days, and any additional details you choose to include. If you correspond with us by email, phone or text, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in section 5.
Information from other sources. We may receive limited information about your business from publicly available sources, such as your company website, to understand your enquiry before we speak.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Site is intended for businesses and the people who run them.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:

4. Text messaging
If you tick the SMS consent box on our enquiry form, you agree to receive text messages from Dominus at the number you provided. Messages may include responses to your enquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and occasional marketing communications.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of working with us.
Your mobile number and your text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. They are shared only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, as described in section 6.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies on the Site. Some are necessary for the Site to work. Others help us understand how visitors use the Site and measure the results of our advertising. These include:
Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, which help us understand traffic and Site usage.
Advertising pixels, such as the Meta Pixel, which allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant advertising to people who have visited the Site.
Our customer relationship platform, which records form submissions and may set cookies to associate your visit with your enquiry.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. To opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta, adjust your ad preferences within your Meta account settings. To opt out of Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. Companies that provide services to us, such as our customer relationship platform, email and text-message delivery, scheduling, analytics, advertising measurement and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants and insurers where reasonably necessary.
Legal requirements. Where required by law, regulation, legal process or a government request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If Dominus is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honour this policy.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above. Enquiry records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period
afterwards so that we can respond if you return. If you become a client, information is kept for the length of the relationship and as required afterwards by law, accounting and contractual obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to section 8.
8. Your rights and choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing communications, by writing to info@dominus.limited. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you are in California. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising except through the advertising pixels described in section 5, which you may opt out of as described there. You may make a request at info@dominus.limited. You may authorise an agent to make a request on your behalf.
If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. We process your personal information on the following legal bases: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (responding to your enquiry); our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; your consent, where we have asked for it, which you may withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your information, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where we do so, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Links to other sites
The Site may contain links to websites we do not operate. This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on the Site and, where appropriate, notify you by other means.
