Dominus
Growth built deliberately.
Most marketing fails for one of two reasons: nobody did the research, or nobody owned the result. The Dominus Way exists to remove both. Every engagement runs through the stages below. We do not skip the early ones to hit a date, because the early ones are where budgets are saved or lost.
I
Before anything else, we learn the business: what you sell, to whom, at what price, and what a good month looks like against a bad one. We look at what is already in place. Then we say plainly whether we are the right fit. If we are not, that conversation is still worth your time. You will leave it knowing more about your own numbers than you arrived with.
II
We study your market where your buyers speak in their own words: the communities they post in, the questions they ask, the reasons they give for buying and for walking away. We read your own sales calls. We study what your competitors promise and where their customers say they fall short. We do not copy anyone. We write down what we find so that every later decision can be traced back to evidence.
III
From the research we shape the offer, the positioning and the plan: who we are speaking to, what we are saying, what we expect to happen and how we will measure it. This is written down and agreed before anything is built. A plan that lives in someone's head is not a plan.
IV
Three things are constructed at once, in your accounts, by the people you met at the start.
Pages. Where a prospect lands and decides. Always built to be tested against an alternative, because a single page is a guess.
Creative. The ads themselves: the hooks, the scripts, the design and the video, produced in-house from the research, not from a template.
Infrastructure. The CRM, tracking, filters and follow-up that turn a click into a qualified conversation on your calendar. Every number in one place. Every piece owned by you.
V
Campaigns go live under daily watch. The first weeks are about learning what the market actually responds to, and we treat them that way: measured, patient, and honest about what the early data can and cannot tell us.
VI
This is where most of the work lives. New creative and new tests every week, so the account never goes stale. What works is scaled. What does not is retired. You see the same dashboard we see. You hear from us during the week, not only on the weekly call, and the people you speak to are the people doing the work.
VII
At regular intervals we step back from the week to week and look at the whole: profitability, cost to acquire, lifetime value, and where the next stage of growth is. Then we set direction and go again. The work is never finished, by design.
