
Funnel & Tracking Infrastructure
We built the funnel completely from scratch with a direct-to-call flow:
- Landing page → VSL → calendar booking → sales call.
- No lead forms — high-ticket credibility required more commitment upfront.
Behind the funnel, we laid down robust tracking:
- CPL, bookings, show rate, qualification, and closes tracked end-to-end.
- Conversion API and offline events (show-ups, qualified calls, closed deals)
fed back into the algorithm to optimize for quality, not just quantity.
